I love this product it gives me the relief I needed , I have two bad knees and use it two to three times a day and helps tremendously .
I use with the red light combination and it works well.
You have to be consistent in using it.

Very good product! I've put away the patches I used to wear! The fragrance is great also. Each time I rub it into my knees, it also clears my sinuses!
